Quite obvious that this is an early film by Moodysson, the hard zooms, the warm colours are all there. Also no sick shit so far (I've only seen the first third.). It seems to be a crime story. That one guy clearly grabbed a hidden drug bag anyway.
And that waitress is awesomely hot. :D
A quick search reveals that the film is up on PB but no subs so far.

This is their description:

A small time gangster meet his son for the first time in several years. They have a dinner at a China restaurant. The gangster, played by Stefan Sauk, is nervous of the impression he makes on his son. Eventually he ask his son if he wants to work with him in his firm.
