I saw it for the first time back in 1999 when it still ran in the cinemas in Sweden.
I was actually 31 years old at that time, but I loved the film right from the start!
It's a unique film that you don't have to be a teenager to appreciate, and the film was a big hit among all sorts of audiences in Sweden, both young and older.
I think it's not so much a film about lesbians, but more about love, and everybody can relate to that.
This low-budget film also felt so genuine in every area, and had wonderful actors, great dialogue, great music by Broder Daniel and lovely grainy photography
It's also a timeless film that will survive and be as fresh in the future as it was when it premiered!
If you don't just love Agnes and Elin you have a heart of stone
