Some pictures from Sherdil, a film that was actually shot before FÅ, but not released until 1999.

I haven't seen it, it's supposed to be pretty bad, and only a film for girls who are into horses.

But hey it's Rebecka at least :wink:

It was shot before FA?! Didn´t know that...

I saw Sherdil and it´s a nice teen movie...okay i guess. And rebecka is always great!

I havn't seen it, but even the director himself thinks its bad:

""This was my first and (so far) only attempt at directing a feature film. And I have to agree wholeheartedly with the two previous reviewers. The film has really obvious faults, continuity errors, crappy acting, dialogue, action scenes, sound and some lousy editing and footage. What can I say? I didn't know better. I had some really good actors but didn't know how to direct them. I used to be really embarrassed about the film. However - I don't take the entire blame. I had entirely entrusted myself to the producer of the film and was convinced we were doing something really cool. I was 25 at the time and had never directed anything at all. And yes, he was calling the shots in many ways. There was initially a very sweet story about a lonely girl and her horse friend. Im sorry we took it the wrong direction. Anyway - many ten year old girls loved the film only because it dealt with their primal interest: horses.

I hope other film makers will make better films for them and capture what I aimed for but missed: the love for horses that young girls hope and long for will be returned. ""

Just my own five-cents worth: Sherdil a.k.a. Expert, should have had equal billing. To be correct ''Expert ox''. In Sweden, the ''ox'' denotes a horse of pure Arabian background.
