I remember someone saying this is the role that got her the part in Fucking Amal. This is definitely her second best role after FA. I never quite like anything she did after, Bear Kiss had a good premise but Rebecka is wasted in it.

I think his casting agent showed him the film, I believe. Could be wrong on that. You can tell from the short she had something and I think she was the first cast for the film too.

Bex always seemed a little grown up for her age even when she was doing FA. She was living by herself when she was 16 I remember reading with her boyfriend. She always came across like she knew what she wanted to be and that acting was just a thing to pay off the bills and help her pay for her college fees to become a doctor. She had her kids early, so she could then just work on her career. Some parents do that, get the kids out early and the parents then don't have to leave it until it's too late into their lives. Some usually leave having kids until later on.

There's an article or an interview somewhere, where Bex says that the only reason she agreed to make Bear's Kiss was to pay for her tuition fees to Karolinska.
