Works like a charm for me.
Double click on any pic you have saved in a "folder" to open up the "Microsoft Office Picture Manager", (er, you do have Office don't you?). If not I'm sure something will open to show you your image.
Then put the page with the image you want on the screen, press the "Print Screen" button.
Then press "Edit" "Paste" on your Picture Manager.
Nothing happens.
But then, as if by magic.
You (me anyway) will have a new file appear in your "folder" which will be the image of the whole screen.
Double click it.
"Picture" "Crop" in the Picture Manager, then save it as whatever you want.
Then it's all smiles..
