I'm pretty lost as well, Sidney.

I watched Ömheten, (Broken Hill Blues) this morning.
It's on one of those streaming sites, like netflix, in which I'm using the free trail atm.

She's barely in it, only two scenes, so watching it solely for Alex would be a little waste.

The film itself though, was very disappointing.
Except for the nature scenery, there was little to none positives to mention.
It's the type of film I usually enjoy, hard realism about a abandoned town and it's people trying to get by, but I almost fell asleep several times during this film.
I don't know were they whent wrong, it's just one of those "hit and miss" I guess, dreadfully boring.

Sad that it was a disappointment.
It seems to be having some success in a few festivals around the continent, so I guess there's a market somewhere out there.

That's one more than I thought she was in.


Imagine another disappointment, like having to crowd into a photo booth like this one.

I seen reviews for it and many have been given it top marks although many have said it does has its faults, I kind of knew once it was about young teenagers that I think Alexandra is a little too old for those roles now I kinda knew her role would be small plus Lina Leandersson from the brilliant Let the Right One In is barely in it either, so two of the more well known cast are basically cameos at best.

Well its another role we can notch up on her resume even if its a nothing more then a Cameo at best.

It just didn't seem to go anywhere, there's no plot to keep you interested, many of the minor roles, like Lina Leandersson's part, seemed utterly pointless, just popping up here and there without bringing anything to the story.
I don't know mate, I did have hopes for this film, but I could barely even finnish it, and it's only like 80 minuts long.

I've already wasted enough of the Fish fortune today so it sounds like I'll be giving Ömheten a miss.
Pity.
