I'm going out on a limb here 'cause "logic" and "thinking" have caused me grief in the past, but....

Logic suggests that all of these 25 - 28 minute short films were made specifically for a tv audience, so maybe if we could identify as many of them as we can, and can find the distribution/production company(ies) involved, we could go through their websites to find out who/where/when they were broadcast. That might lead us to a tv station/network which had the film(s) in their archive, which might mean we could get access. Take a bit of tracking down, and the language used might be a barrier if both Swedish and Italian are involved...

Hmmm. Now didn't I post a pic of young Sherlock Holmes the other day? That's who we need on the case.

Or we could just keep relying on dumb luck. Luck I can do. Logic no.
