I have no idea. Maybe it's that some of the people who were, so to speak, first-generation-addicts of FÅ back in 1998 or 1999, by now have come far enough to be in a position to make decisions such as to bring out that old fav film of theirs as a play?

Hallo! This theater production seems to be interesting enough, but I was wondering... what about the soundtrack? Is that aspect respected or did they just put some arbitrary (but hopefully tasteful) music in the scenes? I mean, I can't imagine the first scene with Agnes typing on her computer without Drifter on the background... Oh well...
Sorry if you don't actually get what I meant. My English is not the bestest...

Well, no... it hasn't been respected. First, the play doesn't open with that scene. And the scene as it is (which is one of the best in the play) hasn't got any music at all. Broder Daniel is absent, but as I said in my review (see above), although I am probably alone among FÅ-lovers to think so, I'd say that this is an improvement... The new music is tasteful (well, for my taste anyway) and not at all arbitrary, but very well chosen (again, for my taste)...

the elin-actress was SO fucking unappealing and a complete miscast

and of course....just my (very) subjective opinion :-)

the rest cast was fine and played well

A pity you didn't like it, dark! :N I think I understand very well what annoyed you about the Elin-actress. I thought so too at first, but in the end, I could somehow accept her.

So would you say that the Basel thing that you saw in Bremen was much better?

yes much much much better!
although that i understood much less (swiss accent)
but with that play i hade the FA-feeling....a bit like after i first saw the movie
and every actor was fitting and nice
and YOUNG
in berlin for example victoria was a 30 year old woman
but i guess i'm too biased with the berlin thing cos of the elin-actress

I have a vague memory of a snippet or trailer being on YT at one time... not necessarily from the one mentioned above, though. Whether it's still on there or not is another matter. Anyone...?

I'm pretty sure there were a fair few of them, mainly across Northern Europe as I recall.

Not sure where all the stuff was posted, probably in the Bits & Pieces section.

one in Switerland, two in Germany and another in Norway I believe, could be wrong about the Norway one.

I'm surprised a English theatre group wouldn't have a bang at it, I tried to have a go myself a few years back while studying Theatre but only got through a few rehearsals. It's not as easy as I thought it would be :( . That's why I was happy to see someone pull it off.

There was one in Finland last year I remember.
One of our members, Juule, told us.

Haven't heard of any in Norway though.
Would definitely go see that. :)
