Improved spam protection and simplified registration

The board has been flooded with spambot-registrations lately because of the useless built-in CAPTCHA protection in phpbb. This has now been replaced by a text question that any human should be able to answer, but hopefully not too many spambots. The manual activation of new members are thus not longer needed, but you'll still have to confirm your registration by e-mail as a double protection. In addition the board system is upgraded to the latest version.

The new spambot-protection luckily works. The memberlist is now cleaned up the by removing all members with zero posts (thus getting rid of the thousands of bot-registrations made this year) and other obvious spam registrations. So now we're counting 295 hopefully all-human members! If you were registered, but hadn't made any posts your account is unfortunately gone. It can of course be recovered, but it's simpler if you make a new account yourself (after all you never made any posts...). Even if you don't want to make posts regulary, please just make a post in the guestbook to avoid being deleted again in a possible future "clean-up".
