how to install new antivirus program ?

I gonna buy new mini pc and was thinking what antivirus program to buy?

Welcome to the site.
I'm sure the business that's selling you the pc can help with any of the reputable anti virus programs. There's not a lot of difference in what they do.
If not I'm sure your ISP will help.

I would recommend Eset NOD32 (not the firewall though, just the anti-virus part). Norman is also OK. Grisoft AVG Free used to be good, but it is unfortunately becoming "bloatware", taking up far too many system resources. The same goes for Symantec/ Norton (often comes pre-installed on new computers, get rid of it ASAP).
