I'm sure if I can find it all somewhere I'll be able to follow the plot, even though I won't understand the words being spoken, so wait a while and I'll try to find it first, then I'll see if I need any help with subs. Thanks for the offer.

As for "Československá Superstar", it sounds about as exciting as "Australian Idol". *:|* Image :P

Started Twin Peaks season 2. Great stuff, though I still dislike Donna's weird character change from sweet girl-next-door to weird and vaguely slutty.

That's one reason I hardly ever watch those shows.

Twin Peaks - The episode where you learn exactly who killed Laura Palmer - as he claims his next victim, in what may be one of the most disturbing and scary scenes in tv history.

Hot Metal. This classic 80s newspaper comedy is a cult fave, and was a clear influence on Drop the Dead Donkey, with reporter Greg Kettle being (despite being older and shabbier) not a million miles away from a certain Damien Day, and the first episode having the identical plot of the fairly reputable paper/news station being bought out by a mad billionaire who immediately sends it totally downmarket (Sir Rathbone even has some very Gus-like dialogue at times),

There's a cute female reporter in season 2, as I recall.

Doctor Who - The Claws of Axos this afternoon. Pretty lame stuff. I decided to have chicken 'n' chips for lunch instead of dinner and for some reason had a craving for some BAD Doctor Who whilst having it. Axos certainly fit the bill! I don't know whether it was the food or the story or both, but I was nodding off by part 3!

Dawson's Creek, last 3 eps of season 3. Lovely stuff. Pacey and Joey! *:)*

One of the eps, oddly enough, is called "Show Me Love". :D

Perhaps it was a homage?

Nah, probably not. *:|*

Someone has uploaded to YT an anime-style animation of the comedy "xmas" episode of the 'missing' Hartnell Doctor Who story The Daleks Master Plan. I downloaded it and watched it on a proper tv this afternoon. Loved it! The animation is slightly cruder than the official one on The Invasion dvd but not by all that much and for a non-professional effort it's absolutely superb. I'm not sure if it would work for the more serious/scary episodes, but for a bit of silly fun like this it worked a treat. I really feel like I've actually seen that episode now! It was good fun too, silly but with some very funny moments, and some downright bizarre ones too, including the infamous ending and "Let's get back to the TARDIS, this place is like a madhouse, it's all full of Arabs!"  Oh, the 60s!

But for some reason the YT link you obviously would have included didn't post. :?: :?:  :T

Inexplicable. :P
