Am getting Misfits seasons 1-3 as a Xmas box. I hope I made the right choice, as I've never seen it, but it seems to have very positive reviews on the old interwebs and it certainly sounds like my cup of tea - British youth superhero comedy-drama; Skins with superpowers, basically!
I guess we'll see.

Doctor Who - The Legacy Collection (Shada and More than 30 Years in the TARDIS). Mainly got it for Shada, which I love. :D The "ünfinished" story, which got partway made only to get clobbered with strike action and never finished, but was completed with appropriate effects and music and linking narration by Tom back in 92. The doco is nice and how sweet that it worked out well for Daniel Hill (who played Cambridge student Chris). The thing may have never been finished or shot, but he met his future wife on the set! Aww.

$20 of the Fish fortune invested in a French dvd that probably doesn't have subtitles but does have another half dozen films I'll probably never watch.
A fool and his money, eh?

Got Misfits season 4 and Game of Thrones season 1 for my birthday today. :D *:)*

And if anyone asks how old I am, my answer is "You are only as old as the girl you wish you were feeling". So today I am 22, obviously. :D  :)P :P

What sort of a nest of Pisceans is this? Mine's on the 12th, we've got someone called 'Fish'... :?

As for age, I'll be 60, and I ain't ashamed.

Well, not very, anyway...

Enjoy!

At the moment I'm working on streamlining my DVD collection using multi-disc cases. I've got directors (Spielberg, Carpenter, Burton, the Zuckers, Tarantino, John Hughes), series (Spiderman, Lethal Weapons etc), foreign films and actors (Steve Martin, Bill Murray, Arnie, Emma Watson).

For the rest I've started multi-disc cases for each decade in alphabetical order. I've just about done with the 80s at the moment.

Anyone else done something similar to try and cut down on the clutter?

By the sound of it, you seem to have a much bigger dvd collection then me. :P
But from what I have, I do like to keep them (in alphabetical and chronological order) on displey at the bookshelfs.
Won't it sort of lose it's charming appearance when putting them in multi cases? Without the original boxes and their coverphotos and so on?
