Marathonning Lost season 4. Probably the best season, actually, much more fast paced with the gas being turned up and the (increasingly interminable) flashbacks largely ditched in favour of a far more interesting dual narrative with "flash forwards". It's also highly entertaining, after having gotten so used to Michael Emerson as the eccentric but kind and heroic Finch in Person of Interest to watch him again as the hilariously despicable and malevolent Ben Linus. Now that's the mark of a great actor - someone who can be both a hero you love and a villain you love to hate!

A Japanese anime called High Rise Invasion on Netflix. A teenage girl - the Japanese do love their teen girls in school uniforms  - suddenly finds herself in a weird world composed entirely of linked skyscrapers with no way down to the ground, where people are hunted by mask-controlled stalkers trying to kill them or, preferably, force them to kill themselves. Never seen an anime before, very weird but pretty compelling so far. I'm intrigued. :D

Started watching Reality Z on Netflix last night. If you feel like you've seen this show before, it's because it's a Brazilian remake of the British mini-series Dead Set, about reality show contestants sheltering in the set from a zombie apocalypse. It's been a long time since I saw the original, and the first ep was pretty good, so I may keep watching. It's very well made. :D

The Chestnut Man. Swedish mystery-thriller series on Netflix, based on a book. 3 episodes in, REALLY good so far. :D

I'll look at it, I like some Swedish girl police officers.

I actually watched the whole thing yesterday, all six episodes. It was excellent all the way through, didn't work out whodunnit either, which I'm usually good at. First class. :D *:)*

Locke & Key. Entertaining enough fantasy series on Netflix. The Locke family move back to their father's old family home after he is killed in a shooting, only for the kids to stumble on a set of magical keys that seem like a lot of fun... until they realise they're linked to his murder and they've inadvertently unleashed a demonic evil. Not bad.

The Blacklist season 8 finale. Very exciting. That being said, the revelation that the "Katarina" that was annoying everyone in season 7 and who Red killed at the start of season 8 was not the real Katarina only makes it more obvious that fans correctly guessed years ago that Red is actually Katarina. :T

I've seen a few and I don't like it much.
I like police series that break normality.

Young Sheldon. I don't particularly like Big Bang Theory - and pretty much gave up on it around season 4 when they started turning it into a nerd version of Friends - so haven't seen this before, but I gave it a go and it's actually really good and really funny. Halfway thru season 1 and I'd say it's superior to the show that spawned it. The kid is hilarious, and dead-on nails it.

No, I gave up on it even earlier than you. *:|*

First 2 eps of season 20 of South Park on Netflix, all new to me. Very funny so far, with an ongoing story arc of a vitriolic online troll. Brilliant twist at the end of episode 1 that it's not Cartman as you - and everyone else - assumes, but Kyle's Rabbi dad!

I don't like series, but this one that isn't very good, I'm liking something else.

This series has started well and has ended up being silly. :r
