Top 10 Foreign in general might be a bit more do-able, actually.

I thought that BK is mainly Russian film when it directed a Russian director. Otherwise, I would say that it almost does not matter... that is international

Bear's Kiss was a European co-production involving Germany, Sweden, Russia, Spain, France, and Italy

I like Moodysson's Fucking Åmål and Lilya 4-Ever obviously

I also like some older Swedish films from the 60s, 70s and 80s that you've never heard of, and that unfortunately are not available with english subtitles

The ones you mention are all relatively new films

I think Sweden was internationally famous for the "art films" of Ingmar Bergman and also the soft-core sex movies of the 1960s and 70s

These are not my favourites though, I just mean they're a big part of Swedish film history
