I like the B&W pics.
They seem to have a bit of extra drama or something. 8)

*

Where is Pauline?

*

Is she just between agents?

*

Is she sick of 'the industry' now, and sacking it all off?

*

Did doing Los Feliz after Blanche Neige change her mind about acting as a profession, and film in particular?
[We know she embarked on theatre school...]

*

Did she learn something horrible about the French film industry, and GTFO?

*

Please, Pauline or spokesperson, enlighten us...

*

Most of all, I think, what we all want to know is that l'Acquart Glorieuse et Expressif is well, and happy enough, acting or no acting.

I wish I knew.
I guess above all else I hope she is well and is happy in whatever path she has chosen.

The challenge we face now is to identify and locate all of the films she has appeared in so that if that's all there is to be, we can at least enjoy her legacy.

OK, OK.
I know it isn't a film, but somewhere some film of it must exist.
Owen went to see it on stage, met and talked to the lady in question, and I am still terribly jealous.

"Andreas", Jonathan Châtel's adaptation of the August Strindberg play Le Chemin de Damas. (The Road to Damascus.)

OK, I have Parenthèse already.
I found one a film festival judge was selling on Ebay.

But while on the subject of film festivals I think I'll start a rumour that Pauline is in Fargo, North Dakota as special guest at the Fargo Film Festival.
Only a couple of weeks to wait for the screenings to start and then it's back to the water. *:)* :)P

The more I look, the more I realise that I do actually have many of Pauline's films.
Obviously not all, but maybe I'll start including the "where and how" for some of the harder to find ones.

"Une Partie de Campagne"

From the 3rd season of "Chez Maupassant" films.
The series were made for TV from about 2011.
Plenty of copies available on Ebay and Amazon, even some new editions so check who's in it before buying.
Unless you're a huge fan of Guy de Maupassant's short stories make sure you go for series 3 though.

"Lettre d'un Père À Sa Fille" - A letter from a father to his daughter - A Letter to Lucie.
A few different names but look for the Pauline if you're not sure it's the right film.

Directed by Nicolas Livecchi in 2012.
I got mine by writing to the production company Forrest and Léa asking if I could buy a copy.
They replied saying it wasn't for sale but that they would give me one on the proviso that I did not distribute it further.
(Wonderful people. *:)* )

Three ages of Lucie as she grows up and becomes distant from her father.
Pauline Plays the older Lucy, Jeanne Disson plays Lucie at 12, Aude Loubens plays Lucie at 7.
Excellent film with a lovely resolution.
