None of us has noticed that this thread has recently gone zooming past the 170,000 mark...[or did we?]

The real puzzle, to me anyway, is that so few of the lurkers responsible for these statistics [besides Owen, obviously ] join in here...in a similar vein, it appears that only 1:10,000 of those who take advantage of the free/open source/donationware facilities available under the Linux operating system ever contribute *anything at all*, financially, to those who so generously offer their services...a rather sad reflection on our current collective level of consciousness, I think.

I'm actually thrilled about this short.

Yeah. I didn't think the look in the interview at the end of Blanche Neige was very flattering either.

Interview? What interview? What was it about? I seem to have missed (or forgotten) this.

"La bande à Juliette" has been selected "in competition" at the Côté Court Film Festival from 15th to 25th June at Pantin in the N.E of Paris.
One of only 29 films selected out of around 1300 nominated.

That's good, but does it still meet the criteria of a "short" film? Well, why not after all . And the fan dance is appealing.

I've noticed Santi logged in regularly but he hasn't said anything for a while.

Same with Dahls, except that I haven't noticed him logged in.

Sort of a "behind the scenes", "how it was made" kind of thing on my dvd, which I think I bought direct from Axe-Sud Productions.
The whole thing is/was on YTube a while ago too, but I've no idea if it's still there.

I'm still learning and refining the gif makers art.
I had a lot of trouble with the aspect ratio in these Blanche Neige ones, but I'll post the rest over the next few days anyway.

Easy mistake to make.
