Very young.
It's to be hoped she and her family make wise decisions.

I wish her all the best for her life, where ever it leads.

Very interesting 8) I looked-up locations for 'Water Lilies' / Naissance des Pieuvres but nothing there. I know it was shot in and around the Paris suburb of Cergy-Pontoise (where Celine Sciamma grew up). Like many films it is more like a montage of locations not all in one neighbourhood. It is possible to spot some locations quite easily. For example L'Ax majeur the pathway that the two lead girls take together overlooking the lake and the Ile Astronomique. I've also located Le Piscine (swimming pool) and the bridge over the railway that features after the house-party.

Loved this film, very simple and touching. great performance from the little girl Zoe Haran as Laure.

You guys should check out Celine Sciamma next film and her best film to date for me, Girlhood. Marieme joins an all-girl gang in the projects of Paris and is slowly turned out of her shell by her three sassy neighbors. As she falls further under their bravado and volatile energy, she begins making brave and foolish choices.

Don't worry Celine has a Lesbian character in this too, very good film a bit overlong but the performance from Karidja Touré is great. Love the scene in the hotel room when the girls are dancing to Katie Perry.

Both of these films are on Netflix (the U.S Version)

Zoé Héran was certainly very good.
It's a good thing too because I thought Malonn Lévana who played her little sister Jeanne almost stole the show.
Such a talented little cutie.
She already has a whole string of credits to her name.

Great film, great cast, great director.

Kristen Stewart wearing a "Tomboy" shirt, nice. *:)*

But Kristen looks nice wearing anything.
(Like Stella for example.  :P )

A glorious woman ten years later.
Couldn't blame anyone for being in love with her. Image
