The weather gods blessed us with a magnificent sunny Easter. :)
Just got down yesterday from the mountein, had a fun week with friends and family.
A little lack of snow to be fair, but just enough to keep the slopes open until easter sunday.

And since I, for some reson, never get tan, my face is now as red as a boiling lobster. :P

Good to be home again though, with a computer, and a couple of freshly arrived dvd's in the mailbox.

In all my years of surfing I never got a single tan.
Red, fade. Red, fade.
That was it. :(

Glad you had such a great time Dahls. *:)*

Reading the instructions would seem to be the last resort of that desperate man. :T

What's On in Sweden: Horses and Anzacs

Updated: 01 May 2014 12:30 GMT+02:00

This weekend promises plenty of activities in Sweden's three biggest cities, with the traditional Anzac horse races sure to draw a crowd in Stockholm on Sunday.

This year marks the 99th anniversary Anzac day, which recognizes Australian and New Zealand soldiers (Anzacs) who died serving their countries. :(

To mark the occasion, Aussies, Kiwis, expats and Swedes are flocking to the Täby Galopp on the Roslagsbanan to enjoy live music, pony rides for the kids, food and drinks, and of course - horse racing. Australian and New Zealand diplomats will be on the scene too, among a crowd that's expected to top 1,000. Admission is 50 kronor and gates open at midday.

Elsewhere, there's plenty happening in Stockholm, Malmö, and Gothenburg - simply click on the appropriate city below to find out more.

My invitation must have been lost in the post. :(
Pity. I'm sure a bunch of loud, drunk ANZACs would have been enough to draw Bex and Lex out of hiding. :P

Arch, almost self-mocking in tone, humorous still. Wish I'd watched the TV show, though.

That's very funny.

I am very fond of the TV show. Loved it as a kid, and still rather like it too (esp in comparison to some. Loved Children of the Dog Star as a kid, too, but on DVD... yeah :( ).
