Keep Calm and Don't Panic!

Postby Ian » Mon Sep 02, 2013 1:43 am

Keep calm and don't panic (unlike me last night   ).

Yes, we had a bit of a crisis yesterday. Domain people sent me a bill to pay early August, paid it and was assured that everything was A-Okay and then yesterday I load up the site and find the message "DOMAIN NAME EXPIRED". Major freak-out ensued. :o  *:|*

Still not sure what went wrong or why I didn't get any notice for the full bill but I'm paid up for another year now so everything should be fine. :D

Nearly had a fecking stroke yesterday though.

I'm not paranoid, I just don't like people being out to get me all the damn time.

You know, there is a condition opposite of paranoia, pronoia, where a person believes the universe is conspiring on your behalf, that everything will always solve itself.
I have a friend I strongly suspect have that "affliction".

Well, although it has it's benefits, like being more relaxed and easy going, it will also make you a quite irresponsible person, I guess.
I'm glad I' don't have either of those conditions tbh.
