Well it wasn't exactly fun but I'm just glad it's over now. Xmas isn't going to be terribly merry but at least we haven't got that hanging over our heads and we can try and forge ahead in the new year.

Some might say she was just a pet, but she was my son's.
Molly, our beloved dog died a couple of days ago.
She was old, she had s nasty tumour which had to be cut out periodically.
We all new it would happen sooner rather than later but it was so sad when it happened.
We have all cried and been in mourning since. :cry:

I'll probably drop in for a quick post tomorrow.

I fully understand your pain.
When I was little I had a dog and when I was 20 years old he died of old age. We take care of him like a brother. The last days were spent lying down until his heart stopped.
I still miss him today.
It is part of the family.
