Well this christmas is going to be pretty boring, I usually travel to Scotland to see my family, but I am working on Christmas Eve and Boxing day, New years' Eve and New Years' day so I will be just staying home with my mum, she really wanted to go too. Right now it's becoming really hectic, I have exams in January so the whole of December, including much of the Christmas celebrations, will be used for revision of course material and general studying....so boring. On the plus side, I sent a few christmas cards out to my friends yesterday, so they should receive them shortly....the last time i sent mail to them it took about 2 weeks to arrive :wink:

Anyway that's all I'm doing

Christmas has been hard these past years since my dad died in 2003. we all miss him a lot at Christmas. :cry:

we usually have my mum and dad's parents over for Christmas. i've nver had a white christmas, since living in Florida.

Every christmas my family and I go to my aunt's house, but next year she might not have a house because she can't sell her house and is running out of money.

But she sent us this christmas card in the mail and wrote "Christmas 2006" at the bottom to joke around because she's such a funny person.

we don't do anything special this time of year, i guess we're too down to earth for the christmas thingy

we make all the things like cooking and cleaning the days before christmas.
in the afternoon we go to church, at home we eat potatosalad and give the presents.
then we have time for ourself and each other.
thats the best. and because of that i like christmas.
it is one of these little times we have much time which we can spend together.
