Swedes HELP!!

I've recently downloaded a song on Alexandra.Dahlstrom.com. The song is called "tuna" and it's by the Bear Quartet, spoken by Alexandra. The song is of course swedish. Can anyone translate the song PLEASE!.

the newly laid asphalt and the freshly cut grass are lying there and smelling good
municipal places are being visited well and that's good for the the municipality
one can hear how they are jumping over the roofs.
The sun is getting reflected in the window which is getting opened and closed
The woman who lived at the top stopped feeling being near to her children several years before she died
her son raised in weight and got breasts
the oldest daughter always said that she stood outside.
the people are almost wearing nothing
the people are outside, talking in the streets and at the crossings.
a girl has to finish with a boy who believes that they are together
the hands are seeking inside the bra

but when she yells after him she said the wrong name and everything went bad

Mmmh, the spoken text sounds tacked on. I understand they couldn't make the music louder because you wouldn't understand what she's saying then. But as it is, you obviously hear two separate studio tracks.
I think someone should add some ambience sounds like street noises, kids laughing, etc.
It could give the feeling that Alexandra really is walking down a street and we hear her thoughts commenting the scenery.
Anyway, it's great to hear her voice. And many thanks for the translation!

I don't think the lyrics are too strange. If you look at Pennylane by the famous Beatles, that's quite similar.
Just someone witnessing different situations, maybe while taking a walk, and thinking about some things. But mostly it's about impressions, the small things, that life consists of.
