As I understand it his breath does smell, but you don't notice it after the first fraction of a second.



The view from our 5th floor appartment overlooking the sea last Friday, the day the "Wet" finally arrived.
Foreshore parklands in front, docks for a couple of Navy boats to the right, big bunch of rain to the left.

Tuesday morning I'm flying out to Cairns for a couple of weeks' holiday with my son.
Not sure if I'll get on here tomorrow as I might have to find time to pack at some stage.

A friend from Cairns is loaning us his apartment (and his car), while he has a holiday down in Adelaide, so it looks like win/win all round.
That's the apartment, second floor at the end of this driveway.
Facing the beach and the Great Barrier Reef after a kilometer or so.



Not too sure if I'll be able to keep an eye on you all while I'm away but I'll try to call in occasionally.
Play nice.
