Is anyone else having bigtime problems with the webcam? I can't see it at all on my home PC and the local library PC's won't let it display either

I haven't looked at the cam in ages.

I think I liked it better when the fountain was in the field of view, and it's nice to see them repairing the road at last.
Agnes and Elin must be coming to pay them a visit.
