18.40 Amal time. It's been a beautiful day here but there it's raining. Umbrellas are out and hoods are up. It's getting dark and that makes me depressed.

Update: Coming up to 9pm. Stingy effing Amal ! I've been waiting patiently for the twinkly river lights to come on but NO. It must be a Satday thang. Like tomorrow is Monday so that makes tonite a skoolnite and W-O-R-K tomorrow. Didn't they learn anything from the film??

With all the potential they have for freakin cheap hydro-electric power in Sweden I'd have ALL the lights turned way up high in Amal. It looks so friggin gloomy. No wonder theyre all doomy alcoholics and commit suicide by the time theyre 25. I thought my town was a shitheap but it beats the crap outta Amal.

Is it true that there are ten million pre publication orders already for Australia and New Zealand alone. I know Moa is looking forward to hers. It's 4:00am Monday in Åmål. It looks cold, wet and deserted, not very inviting at the moment, but I suppose if we're all going to make fun of the place it might be just as well if someone had actually been there. I'd love to read a report of what the place is really like. If you get the chance please let us know.
