Well, so, I promised this to Cody Wilkes the First ages ago, but now I finally got around to do it: In 2005 Alexandra received the Undine Award, an Austrian film prize for young actors and actresses, for "Best Actress from the Nordic Countries", presented to her at the Congress Casino in Baden (Austria), September 30, 2005. The laudator was Austrian actress Elke Winkens.
A one-hour movie file of the ceremony was put on the festival website from which I ripped it in cooperation with Jenny, then webmistress of the now long-defunct website alexandra-dahlstrom.com. The file was then hosted on her site and suddenly disappeared together with it in 2007. Since then it has been lost - at least I am not aware that it has been available anywhere. I have now made a nice little 6-minute-video of the part in which Alexandra gets her prize and put it on youtube:

Enjoy! First, there is a short laudatio which is in German. (I may get around to translating it later on.) After that, a clip from "Fröken Sverige" for which Alex was being honoured. And then, a wonderful speech by Alex, partly in German, partly in English, partly in Swedish, with a more than confused Swedish ambassador to Austria trying to translate her words into German. He fails miserably, but to be honest, I would have been more than confused in her presence that night too. She looks devastatingly gorgeous.
