It's quiet tender moments between two people that stick out. Very real, Moodysson and his actors deserve huge praise for making it feel so close.
Another scene that breaks the heart that many probably wouldn't say cause it leads to Elin/Agnes getting together is Elin breaking up with Johan in front of her sister and his friend. He's a bit slow but a harmless good guy who's not a big dreamer and is happy with the small town life and probably a bit of a lap dog for his mate. Seen that happen to him was a bit cruel on Elin's part and actually makes you feel for the guy.
