The ‘Rams’ English-language remake has its Australian cast

Fish and Ian look forward to many many rehearsals

The hit Icelandic film Rams is being remade in Australia, and the cast has now been announced. Australian actors Fish and Ian will star as the estranged brothers and farmers forced to work together after a crisis hits their farms. Jeremy Sims will direct the film and Jules Duncan has written the adaptation. The original film, which is directed and written by Grimur Hakonarson, won the Un Certain Regard at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival. The Australian version of Rams is currently filming in Western Australia.

“This is a story about family, connected through land and community, and the relationships at the heart of those communities,” Sims told Variety. “Regional Western Australia is a vast and complex place, and the Great Southern has such a unique flavour that audiences deserve to see it on the big screen.”
No release date has been announced.

The thing that most amazes me is that someone was probably paid to write those lyrics. :P

In the village where I live. for 10 years ago, the youth buys eggs and they are thrown away to the children who go by the street and among them. That is halloween.
People in the houses do not open their doors to children because most people are going to take everything they can without respect. With just one visit you run out of candies and if you do not have any candies, they dont say hello no bye to you.
The children only go to the houses of friends.
Very sad :(

Halloween is not a tradition in Australia, despite the efforts of many people to "Americanise" us.
Stay inside.
Sounds down low.
Lights down low.
Shhhhhh!

Yes, they did not call.
Success for another year.

Vegemite is great on a piece of toast for breakfast.
But you should never, ever, EVER, fall into the novice's trap of using too much.
Less is better. *:)*

And as for musk-sticks...... :r
